Thus, our tREX is specifically designed for use as a standard rigging line, soft eye sling, or loopie. This hi-vis rigging line is easy to splice while maintaining a supple feel and excellent abrasion resistance. tREX’s distinguishing features include its color design: each hi-vis strand is solution-dyed to prevent loss of color throughout use. Furthermore, our tREX is wax coated, which keeps it from getting rough fast, prevents the 'snagging' typically encountered with such ropes and also increases the rope’s service life significantly. The D4TM is a double-stop device with an auto-lock function (which is activated whenever the operator lets go of the handle) and a panic brake which is not overly sensitive in normal use. The D4 cam is made from a super hard solid Stainless Steel and is highly wear and corrosion resistant. The D4 is compliant with CE Standards, NFPA T and ANSI Z359.4 for the worldwide Rope Access and Rescue markets which typically use 10.5mm/11mm ropes. The D4 Descender features a unique and innovative progressive cam action, which offers control at slow or fast speeds. The progressive cam works by way of one cam operating inside another cam. It is also easy to back-feed the rope through the D4 and therefore it can be used for smooth ascending or for emergency hauling (when used as part of a 2:1 ‘Z-rig’). The D4 has a rated load of 240kg (529lb), making it a true Work/ Rescue Descenders. It is not necessary to build in additional friction to achieve these loads, although it can be useful to do so, for an even higher degree of control in Belay applications. Adjustable friction saver for tree care that is easily retrievable from the ground and has an integrated pulley
Designed for tree care, the EJECT friction saver allows the work rope to be set up, without damaging the tree, even in narrow forks. It offers multiple setup configurations on one or two branches and has an adjuster that allows precise length adjustment of the friction saver. Rope ascents and movement in the tree are optimized, thanks to the high-efficiency pulley which facilitates rope glide at the anchor. The included retrieval ball makes the system easily retrievable from the ground.
Detailed description
- Adjustable friction saver allows the work rope to be set up without harming the tree: - multiple setup configurations on the branch: wrap-around or choked. It is also possible to link two anchors for small branches - adjuster allows precise length adjustment of the strap - special design helps protect the tree - supplied with a 1.5 m high-visibility yellow strap, which is replaceable. The strap can be linked to another 1.5 or 2.5 m strap to lengthen the friction saver and enable work on larger trees - rope installation is possible only if the friction saver is correctly set up and the gated attachment point is locked - gated attachment point remains locked as long as the rope is installed in the pulley - recommended for use on doubled rope The system may also be used on a single rope (more information in the Instructions for Use).

The new RP283 Rope Wrench is a specialised device, which has been developed to achieve optimal friction performance on ½” (13mm) rope. The rope diameter range of the original Rope Wrench (RP280) is 11-13mm (7/16 - 1/2") rope. Feedback from climbers identified that the friction levels when using the RP280 Wrench on ropes of <13mm, were optimal, but that moving up to 13mm rope, offered additional friction. The new 13mm-optimised Rope Wrench has therefore been designed to offer climbers using 13mm rope, levels of friction comparable to that of using 11mm Rope, with the original RP280 Rope Wrench. Identifiable by its black sheave, the RP283 Rope Wrench has a wider profile, to accommodate a wider sheave groove which is specifically designed to achieve optimal friction performance on 13mm (1/2") diameter rope. RP280 & RP283 Rope Wrench models are NOT for Primary Life Support. The RP283 13mm Rope Wrench is compatible with the range of ISC Tethers, for supply outside of the European Union, only. As there is no applicable standard, a Tether cannot be CE Certified as an individual component.
